The website of D.S. Dixit and Mr. / Mrs. Hunner. Based in Kanpur, UP, India. In Paypal account a telephone number of the USA is provided.
The prices have been quoted blindly without providing any content. For example, they ask USD 1550/ for a Planetary Yagya while they do small mantras (not vedic ones) of planets because they chant 10000 mantra per day. Vedic Mantra you can't chant more than 4000 in a day in 6-7 hours per day.
Moreover, a Puja is a job of maximum 3 hours and USD 1300/ is too much for this. The website doesn't say over Japa quanitity (recommended by Veda) 125000 for serious cases. Their maximum quanity remains 51000/ for which in India
Pandits get maximum Rs. 5000/ (USD 100). At least we don't take more than this. Most of the puja's given on the website are the jobs for 1-3 hours and Pandits in India get Rs 101 to 500/ (USD 10) for these.
The articles and the materials don't seem to be specific and authentic.
In the photo's less pandits and more 'people' are seen. No name and / or qualifications of the pandits or anyone indicated.
The author says, according to his pandit, you sometimes need to wait for whole life for getting results of Yagya.
Children are used for Yagyas. Children do not have education of Veda and learning some mantra doesn't make a Pandit. And how can a child help you unless he doen't understand himself what he is doing and for what purpose.

These people seem to offer negeative tantrik rituals that can be dangerously harmful for the costomer and performer.
No specific information are found over Veda or Yagya however advertising has been prefered.
People seem to have collect statements of newspapers and media to incash them but not anymore successful in last 6 years
There is an invesitgation going on for misleading public on the name of celebrities.
Has nothing to do with Unesco, nor participated in that Vedic chant. See the website and picture of Unesco, it says about Indira Gandhi National Center of Arts and not about Vedic By Choice. Again misuse of big names for misleading people. However the language has been changed after our critics and now double meaning or confusing statements are made.on website.

Vedic Yagya Foundation is a home operated organisation not even on paper by Vachaspati Mishra. Mishra seem to have worked in Latvia through Maharishi and now lives in Varanasi. Mishra once contacted (in 2005) Ved Bhawan for being a partner but it didn't work. Then he started copying us. First copied our name - Vedic Yagya and made Vedic Yagya Foundation. Then our 2003 slogen - Let noble thought.. "
Afterwards many things have been copied except the exellence of performance.
Organization is not registered. Home address has been given on the website. Not connected to any temple.
One competitor of Mishra's house puts photos on its website - www.vedicygayafoundation.com/vyorg.aspx.
Prices are not given on the website. Now a days started to register Ved Bhawan's or Maharishi's ressembling domains.

We recently noticed that the biggest fraud on the name of Astrology, Vedic Yagya, Vedic Pandits is done by Satish Joshi from Ujjain via Facebook and via his website - astropandit.com. This gentleman - a relieved astrologer of Maharishi movement is in full form of being Maharishi without knowledge, achievement or any assets. He operates from a 3m x 3m room in small town Ujjain, MP, India. He calles his astropandit an organization
but sometimes also a university (it is criminal to mislead public by using word "university". He claims that 1500 Pandits are doing Yagya daily while the neighbours say they didn't see even 10 Pandits. The small town Ujjain has hardly 300 Pandits. How can he manage 1500 Pandits ? He asks money for a Yagya like $6500, $25000 and even $75000 see here e  . It is ridiculus of those people who get so easily fooled. If you can afford $75000 to pay him then you can also afford $1000 to go to India and check yourself
if you can find 1500 people together. He is very active on facebook to fool people and get rich overnight by collecting donations. Anyway, government agencies have been recently involved to make investigations under Indian Penal Code (IPC) 420, 421 and money laundering.

Was a happy client of Ved Bhawan but later begun with own website resembling to ours - vedicyagya.net. Not only this, Copied our Yagya list and Yagya code literally. We served notice of misleading and levied a fine
of Eur 3000.
Fine is yet due however Yagya List has been removed. Has contact with Vachaspati Mishra
(vedic yagya foundation) and vedic.by-choice. Website shows child labour serving.

We served copyright infrigment notice then made Jyotish & Yagya Foundation. Has a registration of a shop under Uttar Pradesh
Government thus neither an organization nor recognized by Government of India. In

Gov't of India doen't give recognition to such shop or organisation.
Again the companies and societies are registered on state level and not on country level.

Indiamart.com/acharyamaheshvashishtha is website of Mahesh Vashishth. Had stolen our pictures and put on website. A police case is registered with the Commissoner of Police, Gurgaon. Aplogized and removed the photo. The fine $5500 expected to be paid.

| Tips to Prevent Frauds from Yagya Websites |

Ask complete details and contents of Yagya, the reference of Mantras and the names of Pandits with their academic qualifications. Mostly un-qualified people say by default that they are traditionally educated or some will say their 10 to 40 generations are pandits. Actually there is no other education system in India other than schoold / colleges. The
tradition of Guru & Gurukul is a history of at least 60 years ago.
A socially recognisable education is only at the school-colleges and for Veda it is at Sanskrit Colleges governed by UGC or Indian Government. There are more than 5000 schools and colleges in whole India specialized for Sanskrit and Vedic Studies. There are 7 Sanskrit Universities and more than other 20 general universities those offer Sanskrit or Vedic Astrology Post-Graduate Educations. So if someone says that he has learnt traditionally it means he
has no education. It is sophisticated method to say - "I am not schooled"
There are several other fraud organizations those do not really exist and sell duplicate degrees or diploma's which are not recognized by the government agencies. Several people are behind the bars in this offence.

Some will say they are the highly educated pandits. A Pandit who has highest education puts his digree after his name, unless he is not fake. For example -
Dr. Bhagwat Thakur, Jyotish Acharya, Ph.D.
If someone puts Pt. before his name then it just a salutation like Mr. and Mrs. and not a title.

Never pay in advance, check and get satisfied and then make a partial advance payment as in case of fraud, you will have no chance to get your money back and find the person out after paying your money. Indian banks and western union has no policy to send money out of India. So you can send money to India but you can never get them back if you need to.

Some Yagya People use child labor to earn money. Exactly like in whole world, it is also prohibited in India with a punishment up to 7 years cel. This crime is done on your sponsorship (if minor Pandits are working for you) and you are not spared from it. The websites those use child labour are - jyotish-yagya.com, Maharishi, Vedicyagya.net, vedic.by-choice.com
You can't say that children are learning or the children are praying. The Yagya is paid and thus the children are hired to earn money.
Like Astrology, Yagya is also a commercial practice. A non-profit organization needs explicit registration with the government of India and needs income tax exemption. Any Yagya organization prescribing and/or getting certain amount even as donation according to the Indian Laws, is commerce and is taxable.
Indian people and banks need a special permit from Reserve Bank of India, called FERA to receive an amount from foreign residents. Violating these rules is called money laundering and it risks the sender and receipient both a punishment of up to 5 years non-cognible jail.
No bank or Western Union is allowed to receive amounts for clients for business purposes. Government agencies always monitor for these activities in case if a business transactions are made in name of personal transactions.
Western Union can only receive money in India but is not allowed to send money from India.
