We regular monitor our contents and we track our websites . We are aware who is and what is doing on our websites..
Simultaniously we also monitor other websites regularly for possible piracy. If found, we always take actions against piracy and imitationary presentations
The copy right laws have provisions to make fines or crminal proceedings or both against violation of copyright and cyber lawas, no matter where you are.
When you use any of our contents, it violates international and local copywrite ads and are punishable with a high amount of fine ($ 1000 or Rps 55.000 and above) criminal law suetes and action against cybercrime.

Specially in India a large number of websites are run by people or organizations who are fake. Many of them are not even schooled in this topic. Unlikely to Western hemisphare, there is not a tradition to register organizations. Some register too, but only on papers. In India there are even universities who are running on papers without such records.
It is also advisable to check the person how schooled he is. In India we however have great tradtion of learnings but hardly someone is qualified who hasn't been schooled.
