Why criticize other people ?
This is of course not the hobby of Ved Bhawan to criticize people un-necessarily. But when our members get mis-leaded by fraud or fictious websites then it becomes our necessity to educate our members and website visitors about the differences between us and other people. At the same time, a person who doesn't know us, he also doesn't know that we are the only organization that really exists. He compares us with others because others are non-existant nothing-doing people. For example, if someone says that
he does Yagya for $1 per day, then our
question will be, what do his Pandits eat in whole day? Just a chocolate ? Does he buy anything to perform Yagya or does he pay anything to a Pandit in $1 ? We pay thousands dollars per month for our offices, staffs, Pandits and Yagya materials. Now the question is that public looks for cheap price and gets scammed too. Our intention is not to fetch anyone's client but to educate our visitors & members or anyone else who compares us with other none-doing people. Thereafter, we leave
the
decision in your hands whoever and whatever you choose, because then you do it at your own discreet and at your own risk.
Don't threat us, just sue us !
While making such comparison, we take care of all codes of conduct Ved Bhawan has set and we never cross the lines for our own benefits. Healthy comparison is the root of quality-improvement and is accepted in Developed countries. While in developing countries such as India people don't like to hear their weaknesses. They react often aggressively and they want to take revenge. Please note, whoever are you, if we have written something negative about you then we have collected sufficient evidences to
prove that
in courts too. We will never talk
something baseless about us or about you. Then it makes no sense to threat us to delete our writing. You can just go ahead and take remedial measures in legal way and we are able to defend ourselves. But we suggest don't write anything false about us in return whether you are a person or an organization. We adopt zero-tolerance policy for when it comes to legal issues. We are legally registered organization, we pay taxes and we have nothing to hide. Then we also make ground to take remedial measures against
thieves.
That means wherever you are in the world, we will find you and take you to the court and local police at the same time. At the same time we also initiate a damage-claim starting $25,000 even if you write a small thing that is not true or that you can't prove in the court. However, if by chance you have located something that is not correct and you have a concrete and legal evidence to prove that, then approach us. We will definitely consider that and after verification we will correct that too. But

Mr. Martin Gluckman from South Africa, contacted us to do some Yagya with us. He had good comments on us however he couldn't manage to do Yagya with us in 2004. He then started several websites, such as agnihotradirect.com, vedicbooks.com and vedicsociety.org. He pretends to have an
organization registered in London named Vedic Society. We checked the Companies house & Charity Commission's website recently and found no organization registered with this name. We also came to know that a name can't be registered using word "Society" because
in UK there are
several societies those work as bank or other government / welfare authorities. Also in India there is no organization registered as Vedic Society. Only in The Netherlands there is an organization registered under name Vedic Society. So the claim of Mr. Gluckman is false. We went ahead and checked that the address used is a small business center address named - Secretarial Service and internet Cafe . See Green Lanes 483,
London in Google Street view. The telephone number starts with Leicester Area code 0116. So it is all in air. He does Soma Yagya at different places and gets a good revenue from people. However Soma Yagya is also a shared Yagya and makes no sense if you want to have it for healing purpose.
Mr. Umesh Sharma started copying Ved Bhawan and adopting resembling name like Vedic Yagya. After our objection he altered his name. It is not a company or a society in India. has a small shop in Noida. He is very ambitious and leaves no stone unturned to copy Maharishi & Ved Bhawan both. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to register a company either in India or in abroad.
He
has some websites like yagya-mantra.com and vedicpandit.net. Recently we came across his new Yagya web-site worldofyagyas.com and we did a research. With help of Mr. Gabor Szabo from Hungary he has made this website completely duplicating the system of Ved Bhawan. He also claims to have a company in Sychelles, Africa. We found out that SIBA is a company at the given address that accepts mutual partnership without any physical presence, any legal formality or any asset. And if
you can't register
a company in India and Europe then you can do it in Sychelles without any effort. Definitely he is not doing Yagya over there. This is anyway an one man show and you may not be much restful if your money lands to Sychelles or Nigeria. We found a threat that a Person does business and his activities in India but registers his company far away in Africa. It looks like fishy. Anyway an attractive website doesn't guarantee the quality.

Mrs. Anita Baranwal comes from a caste called Vaishya or Baniya. She is neither a Brahmin, nor a Pandit nor an Astrologer. We didn't understand why she started the website only. Of course making easy money. Months ago we made a research and we were shocked. Madam had stolen our photo's of Pandits and Yagya. Not only this, she writes that we operate remotely without having knowledge
that Ved Bhawan is an Indian organization. This woman has a 3 x 3 cabin in a shopping mall in Noida, India from where she operates. she is real fraud as she now writes that she has ISO 9002. Someone tell her that she needs a company to get an ISO certificate. she doesn't have any company register on her name. Please exercise precautions with this lady as there are severe threat that she only takes money and does nothing. A $3000 penalty has been levied on this lady for stealing photos. she has removed the
photo however she just copies anyone's stuff considering own property.
Pt. C. S. Sharma lives in US and runs an organization called Vedic Yagya Center. However we doubt he has any office as he used postbox only address. Our staff had a long telephone conversation with him some months ago. He told that he has no academic qualification but has traditionally exercised Samveda (note that Yagyas are from Yajurveda). We were not convinced how he is 6th generation
of Samvedi's as Veda's are thousands years old. Anyway, he told us that he lives in US and his father and brother live in South-India. so he collects orders and the family does Yagyas specially Rudrabhishek. Now he claims that he would do Rudrabhishek in $1 but that is not realistic. A Rudrabhishek is a job of 4 hours and noone is going to do it in $1 either in India or in US. so it seems to be only money-making scheme and nothing else. if he says that he does it on shared basis then it makes no sense because
it is not going to help anyone for any purpose. .
Maharishi
What is a Shared Yagya ?
Maharishi has set an empire for his beloved ones and that is all because of Yagyas. Maharishi movement has physical existence in several countries and has a large client-base which is falling down everyday. We visited Maharishi Nagar in March 2011 and we heard from the neighbors and even from the staffs that Maharishi movement is not even 1/4 remaining. It was indeed full dark in the campus
when
we visited. Anyway, movement is known for sky-rocking prices. We have some documents in our possession that says that Maharishi asks even $1 million for Yagya or just say donation for a big but shared Yagya. You can also pay that every month and every year. However shared Yagya is still not a remedy. We got one complaint that most of the Pandits who participate in Yagya are children of poor Brahmin families who couldn't afford general education to be a doctor or an advocate. Definitely children do not come
after passing merit-test examinations. The question is what those children will do if they don't know what they are doing and why? They should do it voluntarily and after getting proper education; not because they need bread-butter for themselves and for their families. One more thing what we have been noticing that Indian people don't do Yagya with Maharishi or anyone else. But they do Yagya with Ved Bhawan and we feel satisfaction by this.
There are 2 kinds of Yagyas. First kind of Yagya is to be done by kings and queens. Such as Rajsuya Yagya or Ashmedh Yagya. 2nd is Nishkaam Yagya. This Yagya is done for a good cause and devotion but without such concrete purpose. Some organizations like Shanti Kunj Haridwar do this kind of Yagya. Here Yagya and method is none important as the public can participate in Yagya that has no knowledge
of Mantra. This Yagya is basically done to make show that you have so many devotees and principally also to make money. Also individuals do these Yagyas at their homes sometimes with devotional feelings. The aim behind this is that you would be prosperous however it hardly works in that way. It would have been so fruitful if it was done regularly. Unlikely to above two, the third Yagya is for remedy. In this Yagya some intention is kept in mind and than the appropriate mantra and prescribed quantity is necessarily done. Here the correctness and completeness of mantra and procedure does matter. If done correctly, you also get results. As these Yagyas have a particular purpose, they work only for a particular person. Sharing this Yagya is therefore not permitted. However some people (for example
vedicyagyacenter.com) do a Yagya on shared basis to make such stunt. That means you pay with other people but you don't get healed if you have intended for this.

This is the website of Michael Büttke, Bad Ems, Germany. Neither an Astrologer nor a Pandit. Was a happy client of Ved Bhawan but later begun with own website resembling to ours - vedicyagya.net. Not only this, Copied our Yagya list and Yagya code literally. We served notice of misleading and levied
a fine
of Eur 3000.
Fine is yet due however Yagya List has been removed. Has contact with Vachaspati Mishra
(vedic yagya foundation) and vedic.by-choice. Website shows child labour serving.

This website belongs to Vachaspati Mishra. He claims to have an organization Vedic Yagya Foundation in Varanasi. We visited to Varanasi and his home too that was under construction in a very small street of Varanasi. There is no such organization registered in the data base of Indian organization. He is also not the pries of Sankat Mochan Temple what he claims. Dealing with this gentleman may not be safe.

We recently noticed that the biggest fraud on the name of Astrology, Vedic Yagya, Vedic Pandits is done by Satish Joshi from Ujjain via Facebook and via his website - astropandit.com. This gentleman - a relieved astrologer of Maharishi movement is in full form of being Maharishi without knowledge, achievement or any assets. He operates from a 3m x 3m room in small town Ujjain,
India. He calls his astropandit an organization
but sometimes also a university (it is criminal to mislead public by using word "university". He claims that 1500 Pandits are doing Yagya daily while the neighbors say they didn't see even 10 Pandits. The small town Ujjain has hardly 300 Pandits. How can he manage 1500 Pandits ? He asks money for a Yagya like $6500, $25000 and even $75000 see here e .

Seems to be an organization of thieves. Copied our articles and Yagya List. Many times notified. Apologies but again steals our stuffs. Looks like everyone in this organization is shameless thief. Recently complaint to Police of Kota

towards court for collecting a damage of $110,000.
Vedic-yagya.biz of Ganesh
Yet an another person that duplicates us. Ganesh (astrosalon.com) is neither an astrologer nor a Pandit. Lives in Australia and earns from Yagya. Was not able to speak even 1 mantra on the telephone when we talked. Has many photo's of the Pandits
on the
website without
giving
any qualification. Has registered a resembling website of ours - vedic-yagya.biz. Notice served.
Vedic.by-choice.org of Kumud Ranjan Samantray
Kumud Ranjan Samatray has been a translator with Maharishi Movement in years 1995-1996. He is running this website with his other family members in Rourkela, Orissa. He first started his Yagya Business by using names of famous people and organizations in manipulated way. Neither UNESCO nor any organization has supported him in reality. Practices also black-magic that is not permitted in Vedas. Very long busy with mysterious website and contact details. Be careful.
Examine the person or organization
Check if the organization is really registered. All big countries including India provide an online database to check a company / organization name even if it is charity. Getting registered as society in India is very difficult If some organization has been registered it must have at least 7 members and then it is really an organization.
Don't pay to person but to the organization
Having bank account for organization in India is not easy. There is a very long procedure for this. So insist to pay on company bank account and not on personal account. That gives you more rights and ways to trace the person you paid. Don't use Pay pal as Pay pal will never give you any solution for Yagya payments. Western Union is also not safe as you pay to a person and you can't prove you paid to organization. Try to pay some organization that has organization account in US or Europe as that is safe
and the personal can be traced and catched.
Check the communication
Call the person more than once and check if he is qualified enough. Have longer talks and ask several questions on Yagya. check also on internet about the person or organization. Perhaps that has some negative reports that affect your Yagya.
Cross check the performances
In general, people in India are very rich of words. So cross check if the things have been done what has been promised. For example a Pandit can do a Rudrabhiske in 4 hours. If he says he did in 1 hour than he is lying. Also ask documentation of Yagya or any other proof. Most of the Yagya websites write false testimonials. Don't trust them, just use your brain and decide your good and bad yourself.
Prefer European & American Companies
In Europe and America we have law and order. Some can't just register a company and hide himself. Therefore you are safe when you deal with them. In India law is not much in enforcement. 90% businesses are still not registered and most of them even do not know what tax is. An address of the person can be easily false or he can change even in hours. The government authorities will never help you but of course bother you. So once you have your money stuck there you have no way to compel the person for a refund
or for service. Therefore don't take risk if it comes on heavy amount. Also remember that it is normal in India that some people give false names, addresses and say several things what they never do. So have a good reason and a solid evidence to trust the person. Don't get fooled by photo's and video's. The photos don't say that the Yagya has been only for you and only by qualified Pandits. People take one time photo and send to everyone from whom they take money.
Case Study: Bad experiences with other Yagya People
1. 75 Planetary Yagyas with other Organization with no results Member writes:
"Over the past five years i have done seventy five planetary Yagyas with other Yagya companies .
Each Yagya company think they are the best and the other is rubish .
So, at present i am very bored and uninspired to do anymore planetary Yagya .
If the planets are not satisfied with 75 planetary Yagyas then i have come to the conclusion
that there will be nothing i can do to appease them, and maybe its best i just suffer the Karma."

And thank you indeed that you shared your feelings and experiences with us. This helps us providing better service.
I agree with you on some points. However some points may not be correct. Indeed there is un-healthy competition in this field now.
When we started our Yagya in 1997 in India, we made everything open and transparent. Then only Maharishi was there. As his prices and systems are very astronomical and mysterious, we established Ved Bhawan for transparent Yagyas for middle class people. This made Yagya popular and we were only organization that did Yagya even for Indians in professional and organized way.
This left however one side-effect that our openness gave possibilities to cheaters to make easy money. So everyone started making his website and collecting money from foreigners. Most of them are non-pandits and some of them are clients or ex-Pandits of Ved Bhawan or Maharishi.
By reading your lines we are hurt that they create mistrust of people for Yagya.
However people are also guilty for this. They make comparison of prices without considering whether the person or organization exists. This is the reason why we reported possible frauds publicly on our website and we gave tips to prevent any scam. Several people have reported to have benefited by this information and several turned towards Ved Bhawan after earning bad experiences.
We have evidences to prove that there are several people who simply don’t exist and have only website. They take money and don’t do anything. Then you can also don’t expect results. This is actually your mistake that you trust everyone and now you un-trust everyone. Both are not wise. For example when we say that we exist then we have things to prove that. For example, office premises, organizational bank accounts, Pandits, chronological advertisements and news articles, registration details and several other
things. For example
we have our advertising records of newspapers that we advertised Yagyas in 1997. Other people who just bluff, can’t proof this. So there are several ways to check whether the person is right or lying. But you people just see who is cheaper and don’t bother for genuineness.
As you also know there are several people who have shamelessly copied even our Yagya photo’s. And they are so many that we are tired of starting legal-suit against all. But we do register police complaint (FIR) or other complaints against them and
put a penalty on them because we have ground of that. They can’t oppose us because they know that we have evidences and they are guilty. I find it too very irritating that everyone says he has Highly Qualified Pandits. We prevent using this term, we say we have post-graduate Pandits. Because highly qualified does not say anything over the qualification in concrete.
But when you say, the Yagya doesn’t work then we don’t agree with you. Let me share one experience with you. In 2001, I was in Delhi and I wanted to buy a camera film – Fuji. In the shops it was for Rs. 80 and the hawkers on street were selling it for Rs. 55. I preferred to go cheaper and bought for Rs. 55. It didn’t work at all. I went back to ask money but the person didn’t want to give money back. After a long argument and interferences of a local friend of mine he gave my money back saying that – if
I want
to buy something working then I must pay in full. What I heard is that it was a replica of Fuji film exactly looking same. So cheap things may be sometimes less working but sometimes it may not work at all. You are then always at risk. But you can’t say that Fuji film doesn’t work.
I hope you will understand my explanation and don’t take it wrongly. We have done Yagyas for you and we have put our full efforts for you and you have acknowledged the effects too. So we are satisfied and we try each time to give you our best. We can’t control the whole world. It is you who should judge who is real and who is fake. Do some exercise and check everyone good and stick with him who is real in your conclusion. Perhaps this page of our website can give you some tips.

2. $15,000 Yagyas with other people for no results Member writes:
"I am meditator since 1996, when I was initiated into Transcendental Meditation technique and in 2008 I graduated and TM Sidhi program in a global movement of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Although not directly related to the movement I have to admit that I'm grateful I learned the technique of transcendental meditation but with many things in movement I am not satisfied and not agree, however, I would it still keep for myself.
In the last several years I have been independently studying the Vedic knowledge including the vedic yantras, vedic mantras, vedic yagyas, vedic astrology (jyotish) vedic vastu, about the rudraksha etc., particularly almost 4 years I have been learning about the Yagyas, since I had done some yagyas for myself which was performed by some Indian Foundation, and certainly not satisfied with the results until today.
*Please find enclosed my complaint to Dr. Pt Dinesh Chandra Sati basically hail from Himalayan village of Jyotir Math, as well as a list of Yagyas that had been performed for me.
Also the teachers of Maharishi’s Sidhi program were performed on me so called Maharishi vibrational technology 4 years ago but I do not see tangible results, and only that I paid about 4000 USD. For all I've mentioned so far spent about 15 000 USD and after all re-entered in the financial problems and various other problems that I just wanted to avoid.
Studying of yagyas I came to many Indian organizations and foundations that perform yagyas, I have also studied your Website and frankly I was pleasantly surprised, so I hope to good cooperation with you although just now I am not in a good financial situation, but I do many things on myself and doing job of financial management thus I believe the financial results will come soon, possible with your help.
Regardless I am deeply convinced I will have still many yagyas to be performed for me, and hope by Ved Bhawan.

I went through your all 3 emails sent in last 1 week and have read it carefully.
I agree with you that Maharishi has advertised Vedic Knowledge and has awaken world’s interest in spiritual knowledge. This is separate issue that this organization has several issues people don’t like.
The basic motto of Ved Bhawan is transparency, affordability and qualification based experts. Since very first day we are on our motto.
Any other organization other than Maharishi and Ved Bhawan, is either run from a home or in air. Several even bluff very much. When we started in 1997, there was no one else than Maharishi but now our openness has given several people the opportunity to feed their families by copying our stuffs and misleading people. Unfortunately we can’t control India or the world. So all we do is to make the facts available to the public so that wise people can make such vigilant decision. If someone is still blind, then we only have pity for his carelessness.
The same I would say to you too. This is your own fault and own damage. The world has always been full of good people and thieves. People who are not vigilant they have always been getting problems. You could have prevented your losses and irritations by doing a little research. It is anyway not nice what people have done to you.
To have such result of Yagya, it is necessary that you do correct thing and in enough quantity. For example the stuffs you write that you wish to do with us is going to cost you a lot of money, because we will have to do this. But just call someone fictious and make a clever bargain, he will do all in just $500, because he will simply not do anything.
We have system, we pay people salary and then they come to work. It is not the case by anyone else except Maharishi. Again, we have educated Pandits while even Maharishi has Child Pandits. It is exactly like you give an injection in hand of 10 years old child who is not a doctor and ask him to inject it in to your body.
And if you just need to take photo of people to put on your website as Pandits then people from your country will look more smarter and educated in Pandits’ uniform.
Anyway, if you are robbed, then don’t blame the robbers, they are good in their profession.
