Mailing us -

Mailing us is best. The mails go directly to the concerned department and are normally answered with-in 1-12 hours. If you don't know where you should write then write to - info@vedic-yagya.com. This email is a verified email address and internationally viewd 24 hours in different time zones. Our support executives view this and then either respond or forward to the responsible authorities.  

Calling us -

Telephones are centrally received in The Netherlands. If it's neccessary, the call may be forwarded to another offices or Yagya Centers internationally. Telephone numbers are software operated, thus if your caller id of telephone is on and if you are calling on our 24 hours number, you directly land to your advisor if you are a member, or The Manager (international) if you are a non-member. Very soon we are launching our worldwide Free Telephone Number.

Visiting us -

We don't allow un-invited visitors at our offices or Yagya Centers (even if you are at our door) unless it is not duly permitted & Stamped by the International Council and Indian National Council of Ved Bhawan. We respect privacy of members and as our working systems is in the interest of members, we will never allow such disturbence by anyone at the Yagya Centers / office. However, you visit us if your Yagya is going on but only at that Yagya Center where Yagya is being performed and with due appointment.  Other people than the member for whom the Yagya is going on, will not be allowed unless they are not accompanying the member himself/herself. Indian residents need only the permission of Yagya Center to visit the Yagya Center. All these formalities are done through post before you visit us. We do not provide any stay or travel arrangement and vise versa. Thus arrange all at your own responsibilities and consequences. All what we do is to allow your entrace and participation in your Yagya. You may take photo / video as much as you want.

Writing us -

This however has become a past for us, still be appriciate your letters too. Posts in Europe & American offices are replied with-in 2-3 days while India takes 10-14 working days. Please always send letters by ordinary post with sufficient tickets and preferably to - The Netherlands. We don't accept Registered Letters nor un-stamped letters.
